                                            With the recent changes in Florida statute surrounding education and senior
                                            management tracking ROI, the Technology Clearinghouse (TCH) process has
                                            adapted to the requirements set forth by Florida State and District leaders.
                                            Moving forward, TCH will review all technology products introduced to the
                                            school district. If the product has access to student data and/or stores student
                                            information, it will need to be reviewed by the TCH Academic Committee
                                            to ensure it meets the requirements of Curriculum. Library Media will be
                                            required to review the content and the Legal Department will also need to
                                            review the product. If the product will not require access to student data,
                                            store student data, or has completed an Academic review, the product will
                                            move to the Technology Clearinghouse Committee (TCC) approval, District
                                            leadership including CIO and CFO approval, before moving to the Purchasing
                                            Department for purchase.
