IT Solutions Project Manager WELCOME NEW

Manuel Alderman joined the IT PMO as a
Senior Project Manager in April 2023. He
leads projects and initiatives to advance
the District’s technology goals. Manuel
continuously works across business units to EMPLOYEES
foster the adoption of lean, high-performing
teams, attempting to pivot and steer the
culture back from the typically hierarchical and
unengaging management structure that have traditionally plagued American
businesses. Manuel obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and is
currently pursuing his MBA. He has worked in the public and private sectors,
with successful stops at MIT Lincoln Labs, Dell/EMC, Disney, Verizon, and
Deloitte LLC. In his spare time, Manuel enjoys reading and outdoor activities
such as sailing, kayaking, hiking, biking, and fly fishing.

Jenny Boscan
IT Infrastructure & Systems Support
Technical Analyst III

Jenny Boscan is a former Systems Engineer
with a wide knowledge of computer
programming languages, system automation,
and technical support experience. Her role
in the Data Center is to identify opportunities
that can improve our current monitoring
process and create new ways for us to stay
up-to-date with technology. She also uses
our existing tools to monitor and troubleshoot systems and applications and
provides timely responses to any incidents, helping the District to make the
right decisions at the right moment. She enjoys spending time with her family,
kayaking and paddleboarding.
