Jean “Elder” Pierre

IT Solutions Specialist II

Elder Pierre started at the District as
a PeopleSoft programming consultant
in November 2022 and was hired as a
permanent staff member in May 2023. Elder
graduated and worked in the Aerospace
Engineering field in the early years of
his career. For the past 20 years, he has
worked either as a PeopleSoft developer,
Administrator or Upgrade Specialist for both HR and Finance across North
America and the Caribbean. Before joining the District, he worked at
various locations across South Florida, including at the Palm Beach Clerk &
Comptroller for a number of years as a PeopleSoft Administrator. When not
working, he likes to watch YouTube videos about Tesla. He also likes to travel
and stay at hotels with his family and play basketball with his son.

Noah Richard
IT Enterprise Applications

IT Solutions Specialist I

Noah Richard was an ITSA at Northmore
Elementary in 2020 before moving to the
Choice and Careers Options department in
2021 as a Technical Analyst III. He transferred
and was promoted to an IT Solutions
Specialist in the Enterprise Applications
department in August 2022. He works as a
developer on the TRIRIGA team and recently
earned the TRIRIGA Application Developer certification. Noah is a proud USF
alumni with a degree in Information Security. He lives in Boynton Beach with
his girlfriend who is a 3rd grade teacher at Liberty Park Elementary. When
not working, he enjoys traveling, fishing, watching movies, and growing rare
tropical plants to sell online.
