Good morning, Richard and Dawn. Over the last week I have been
struggling to get something accomplished in order to assist a school.
Yesterday, Ben Ramos reached out to me, and he has been amazing. He
helped, walked me through the process, and was so nice. It is amazing
to know that when we are struggling, there is someone who is there to
assist. As of this morning, the task is complete- only because of Ben. I
am so grateful.

SUBJECT: Thanks for Sending Carlos Leon

Christopher Gay & Maryse Toussaint, I would like to personally thank
both of you for allowing Carlos Leon to come to Watson B. Duncan to
assist me. Carlos and I went through and sorted a massive amount of
Chromebooks, then troubleshooted and created eSupport tickets for
damaged ones. The amount of work Carlos and I got done today would
have taken me about 4 days to accomplish, mainly because I have to
attend to the needs of all students and staff at the same time. In just
about 6 hours I was able to get 4 days’ worth of work done, just to prove
that I really have a team that has my back when I need them, now that’s
what I call teamwork. Even though there is still a lot more to get done,
today has boosted my confidence that it Is possible. Again, all that would
have not been possible without the help of you two, thank you
once again.

the quality of work are phenomenal. The ERP teams always met the
challenge and your dedication is appreciated.
