OSVALDO RIVERA SANTOS

DEPLOYED IN THE

MIDDLE EAST

Technical Sergeant Osvaldo Rivera Santos, a District IT SIS Programmer, is
serving a second tour in Afghanistan deployed with the Air Force Reserve.
His overseas duty began in January 2019 and is scheduled to end in
November 2019. Osvaldo is an Air Cargo Specialist, a job that has moved
him around the Middle East to stops in Jordan and near the border of Syria
among many. Osvaldo’s service and sacrifice is greatly appreciated. His
coworkers in IT Enterprise Applications are anxiously waiting Osvaldo’s safe
return - especially his sister, Glenda Avendano who works alongside him.
