72 FY25 Wellness Promotion Policy (WPP) Annual Report Back to MenuYouth Mental Health First AidState legislation HB 1421 %u2013 School Safety requires that all school districts to annually certify that at least 80% of their school personnel have completed youth mental health awareness and assistance training. The Florida Department of Education selected Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA), provided by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, as the mandated training program.
