110 SUPERINTENDENT ANNUAL REPORTSCHOOL EFFECTIVENESS QUESTIONNAIRE The FY26 School Effectiveness Questionnaire (SEQ) was administered in January and February. Originally redesigned in FY23 to measure specific indicators of the District%u2019s Strategic Plan, the survey serves as a vital pulse check for our community. To encourage broad engagement, families received postcards by mail featuring a QR code for seamless survey access. The District also designated a Student SEQ Week, setting the expectation that learners in grades 3 through 12 complete the questionnaire.Participation and positive feedback showed measurable growth from FY23 to FY26, with key metrics increasing across all three respondent groups.%u2022 Students Overall positive responses increased by 6 percentage points (from 78.3% to 84.4%). Notably, student sentiment on Mental Health & Wellness improved the most, rising from 66.4% in 2023 to 74.5% in 2026.%u2022 School Staff Staff optimism grew by 2 percentage points overall, reaching 94.1% in 2026. Their highest endorsement was Family Involvement, which achieved a 97.5% approval rating.%u2022 Parents Caregiver satisfaction increased by 4 percentage points overall, from 88.2% to 92.2%.
