140 SUPERINTENDENT ANNUAL REPORTHigh School Re-Engineering ProgramThe High School Re-Engineering Program (HSRP) transforms traditional cafeterias into modern, food-courtstyle environments. Managed by the SFS, this District initiative seeks to increase student engagement and provide reliable, nutritious options. Each project evaluates facility design, service flow, and lunch scheduling to create an efficient space. These upgrades support student well-being by making healthy meals convenient.In FY26, the HSRP at Wellington Community HS was completed. By midyear, the campus saw significant growth:%u2022 Total meals served increased by 8.8% (15,030).%u2022 Breakfast participation grew by 2%.%u2022 Lunch participation rose by 11.4%.The new design improved student flow and enhanced service. Palm Beach Gardens Community HS is the next site scheduled for HSRP upgrades.The completed HSRP welcomes Wellington Community HS staff.
