These programs support a seamless transition into the workforce or continued postsecondary education. Pre-Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship Programs Hands-on training prepares students for high-demand skilled trades through pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs. These programs combine classroom instruction with real-world experience, developing job-ready skills in fields such as welding, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and Heating, Ventilation, and AirConditioning (HVAC). Pre-apprenticeship programs build foundational knowledge and serve as a pipeline into registered apprenticeship opportunities. Upon completion, participants secure employment that provides no-cost training while earning a competitive wage.
