This school year the SFS Department piloted the Jackson Crew 44 dish machine. This machine uses 50% less water than the most efficient 44 inch machine on the market. It also reduces electrical consumption by a minimum of 15%. This was accomplished by locating the built in booster heater at the top of the machine for more efficient final rinse operation. This relocation substantially reduced heat loss therefore requiring less energy to heat the water to proper temperature for final rinse cycle.
