Administrative Assistants’ Academy

The District’s Administrative Assistants’ Academy (AAA) is a dynamic program designed to empower and elevate the skills
of administrative assistants across the District. Recognizing these professionals' diverse roles, the FY24 AAA provided
relevant content that fostered growth at the school and District levels.

Through a tailored approach, the District offered a blend of self-paced, online live, and face-to-face learning opportunities,
ensuring participants could select classes that were best suited to their needs. Each class was designed to support
administrative assistants in learning new content, refining existing skills, and expanding their knowledge base.

testament to the program’s value and impact. The District is dedicated to further enhancing its course offerings each year,
using data and feedback to ensure the AAA remains a leading resource for the professional learning of its administrative staff.
