       Making Your Choice









          Parent/Family Survey





           • Parents were given the opportunity to choose between distance

              learning and in-person learning, with an option to change, if needed.


           • January 4-11, 2021 parents/guardians were asked to confirm a final

              choice for the rest of the 2020-2021 school year through the Make

          Distribution of Devices





         • All parents/families of District students received a survey and/or phone
             call from their school’s administration to determine the availability of

             computer and Internet access at home.

         • Families requesting a device will be asked to complete an
