OPS proactively addresses employee concerns through coaching, corrective action, and timely case resolution. These efforts help maintain a positive and growth-oriented culture.During FY26, OPS refined case management and expanded resources to achieve measurable improvements through several key initiatives:%u2022 Talent DevelopmentEarly engagement with OPS processes prepared future leaders to transition into new roles.%u2022 Administrator CoachingIn partnership with Leadership Development, OPS delivered targeted professional learning for current and aspiring administrators. Training materials provided leaders with practical tools to manage workplace matters more effectively.%u2022 Enhanced Case ManagementOPS staff improved operational efficiency, increasing the number of cases closed within 45 days from 1,526 in FY25 to 1,819 in FY26. At the same time, cases exceeding 45 days were reduced from 722 to 353. This net shift reflects a substantial improvement in timeliness, workflow management, and accountability, as illustrated in Figure 1.
