               A major outcome of successfully meeting the ISTE Standards will be the “Transfer of
               ownership” of learning.







































               District-wide training initiatives focusing on the ISTE Standards to build capacity for
               personalized and blended learning, are underway.  All principals were introduced to the
               Standards in the spring of 2016 in a formal training by the Departments of Educational
               Technology and Professional Development. Training and implementation will continue
               through the next five years and will be coordinated with the Technology Integration Matrix
               described in the following section.


               Technology Integration Matrix (TIM)

               To facilitate the changes in instruction and learning called for in the Strategic Plan, the
               Pillars of Effective Instruction, and in the ISTE Standards, all stakeholders will become more
               aware of and well versed in the use of the Technology Integration Matrix or (TIM). This matrix
