New 1:1 Device Inventory
Management Tools Available
A NEW SCHOOL YEAR
To assist schools with 1:1 device inventory management, two new tools have
been created and are now available.
The Destiny 1:1 Device Checkout Report is a PowerBI report that provides
T a school-level view into Destiny data on device check-outs and inventory.
It can be used to identify students with single, multiple, or zero device
checkouts. This report provides a top-level overview of the status of a school’s
AR 1:1 device inventory. Data for this report is updated nightly from Destiny. The
report can be accessed using this link: http://l.sdpbc.net/4pdfk.
A SUCCESSFUL ST
Chrome Device Status is a helpful web application that provides the ability to
search for a device by serial number or student number. It retrieves data from
Google and Destiny to display a comprehensive snapshot of the status of any
Chrome Device. It also features the ability to lock and unlock devices without
the need to submit an eSupport ticket.
