      STUDENT PASSWORDS CHANGED
                  ON AUGUST 12

To meet IT security best practices, decrease cyber attacks, and comply with
audit requirements, all grades 3-12 and adult students were forced to change
their District password to a unique password of their choosing on August
     12. Each school received 10 “Student Password Change” posters (plus 2
posters each in Spanish, Haitian Creole and Portuguese) to post throughout
their school reminding students of the importance of a unique password and
     frequently changing their password.

From now on, this type of student password change will become routine,
happening near the beginning of each school year.
