Performance Management
Performance Management fosters a culture of employee engagement and alignment with District
goals for maximum results by supporting evaluations and coaching staff. A growth mindset and
best practices are encouraged and enhanced through resources and professional development
offerings. Evaluations, a component of the performance management process, are supported for
all employee groups by the Department of Professional Development. In addition, the department
provided instruction and resources in CLEAR Coaching (Contract, Listen, Explore, Action,
Review), a systematic transformational coaching model which purposefully facilitates the adult
learning component of transformation.
