                                    168 SUPERINTENDENT ANNUAL REPORTEMPLOYEE EVALUATIONS AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENTThe District%u2019s evaluation system aligned the Model of Instruction with the Focused School Leader Evaluation Model, directly supporting more than 13,000 instructional employees during FY26. This alignment strengthened the connection between leadership actions and classroom practices, resulting in greater consistency between school-level leadership and instructional expectations.The evaluation framework promoted continuous growth and improved student outcomes. Deliberate Practice enabled educators to target high-leverage skills aligned with classroom or school needs, fostering ongoing professional improvement.Performance evaluations also covered approximately 10,000 non-instructional and District administrative employees. Evaluations emphasize goal setting, accountability, and alignment with District expectations and organizational priorities.Performance Management increased employee engagement by setting clear expectations, providing structured feedback, and offering meaningful opportunities for professional learning. This approach ensured that all employee groups contributed to District priorities and that individual performance remained closely aligned with organizational goals.FINANCE DIVISION ACCOLADES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTSThe Finance Division received recognition for fiscal integrity, transparency, and operational effectiveness in FY26.
