                                    164 SUPERINTENDENT ANNUAL REPORTDIGITAL SIGNAGE The Department of Educational Technology improved campus communication by deploying Clear Digital Evo Roll Pro screens across the District. These portable, battery-powered units allow schools to share real-time event schedules, campus directions, and safety notifications. These hardware enhancements increase accessibility and responsiveness for school communities.To standardize hardware and strengthen digital communication, the department completed several upgrades:%u2022 Campus Signage Replacement of over 400 outdated digital displays in high-traffic areas improved the visibility and reliability of campus messaging systems.%u2022 Cafeteria Displays Serving lines at 22 schools received upgraded devices, unifying hardware systems and streamlining information delivery for students and staff.During FY26, these efforts ensured that stakeholders remained informed through modern visual interfaces.
