Participants reported stronger analytical skills and greater confidence in addressing complex operational challenges, underscoring the program%u2019s value to the District.Specific accomplishments include:%u2022 Expansion of foundational LSS training occurred through the yellow belt course, which introduced essential principles, including root cause analysis and process mapping, to more staff.%u2022 Certification of 42 additional personnel brought the total number of District-trained staff to nearly 850.%u2022 Monthly virtual Innovation Labs, led by the District%u2019s master black belt, provided opportunities for collaborative problem-solving and professional networking. Recorded sessions were archived for on-demand access to support ongoing professional learning and knowledge retention.
