What is Google Hangouts Meet?
With Hangouts Meet, District staff can hold impromptu video meetings on the
go, virtual training classes, remote discussion, and much more. Staff can
host a Hangouts Meet video meeting for up to 100 people at a time with no
time limit. A video meeting can be scheduled directly in a meeting invitation.
When to use
Use Hangouts Meet to hold video meetings with people inside or outside the
District. You can join from a computer or mobile device, or from a conference
room.
What you can do with Meet
Meet makes it easier than ever to start and join video meetings from mobile
devices, computers, or a conference room.
