•  Firewall  - Expansion to Advanced Threat Protection to all core
         firewalls.
        •  Creation of a Core Backup Network  - Creation of a 10GB network
         ring to tie all data centers and cloud infrastructures’ together.
        •  Avaya Auto Attendant -  Additional AI chatbot capabilities added to
         the Transportation Call Center.
        •  Avaya Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) - Provide enhanced reporting
         capabilities for District operated call centers.
        •  Starlink Emergency Operation Connection - Creation of satellite
         internet connection for storm and disaster recovery situations led out of
         FHESC.
        •  Halo Vape Detection Pilot - Setup three pilot schools for vape
         detection in restrooms.
        •  IT Summer Interns - Coordinated the hiring, assignment, and activities
         for 29 student interns.

      Upcoming initiatives include PowerFlex software-defined infrastructure
      upgrades, storage area network upgrades, expansion of Wi-Fi 6
      capabilities, enhanced infrastructure load balancing, peplink cellular
      backup, server operating system upgrades, boardroom technology
      upgrades, new VPN implementation, and infrastructure readiness of several
      new/rebuilt schools.


     IT Enterprise Applications
     The Enterprise Applications team administers and supports applications
     across the District, including business-oriented enterprise apps such as
     the Google application suite, ERP/PeopleSoft, the SIS/Focus student data
     application, TRIRIGA for facilities management, and many others. The team
     also provides custom applications to support the District. Additionally,
     the team handles data integrations, provisioning, endpoint management,
     and other support for our increasing Software-as-a-Solution (SaaS)
     applications.

     Additional work and projects completed by the Enterprise Applications
     team include:

     •  Raptor Volunteer Module - Complete transition from legacy VIPS
         volunteer tracking system to Raptor Volunteer Management.
     •  Multi-Factor Authentication - Developed a custom enrollment
         application and dashboard to manage MFA.
     •  Business Intelligence Software - Increased the use of BI to support
         strategic initiatives.
     •  Windows Environment - Migration of legacy password solutions to a
         more secure Windows solution.
     •  Active Directory - Migration and upgrades to Active Directory
         application and servers.
     •  TRIRIGA Environmental Conservation Services and Indoor Air
         Quality - Implemented a mobile form for environmental inspection
         specialists.
     •  TRIRIGA Work Order Service Request - Mobile application which
         auto-detects location to select appropriate facility is ready for field
         testing.
