• PeopleSoft Application Images Update and Tools Upgrade - The
technical team completed all 15 non-production environments in
preparation for testing/validation.
• Student Information System - Technical support for several new
functions in SIS, including High School Community Service form,
registration form and processing, automatic emails and attendance
letters to parents, student re-engagement withdrawal code change
request, and re-enrollment form.
• Streamlined Provisioning Processes - Streamlined the provisioning
process to reduce processing time.
• Applications Updated to Latest Technology - Updated custom web
applications to modernize and standardize the technology stack.
• Enterprise Parent Portal - Expand the current SIS Parent Gateway
to include the ability to provide SSO login and links to parent-facing
District applications

In progress and upcoming projects and work for the Enterprise Applications
team include: support migration to a new ESM Solution, PeopleSoft
Image/Tools Upgrade Implementation, PeopleSoft Chatbot, TRIRIGA
Key Management Module Implementation, and SIS BI Analytics
Module for dashboard and reporting.
