128 SUPERINTENDENT ANNUAL REPORTThe following schools and centers earned the SPCS designation: Crisis Management and Trauma-Informed Care Professional LearningAligned with the strategic plan initiative, the District advanced trauma-informed practices by adopting a universal problem-solving model to ensure consistent implementation across schools.Two credentialed professional learning pathways were launched to strengthen staff capacity. In FY26, 36 leaders earned the Trauma-Informed Leader badge, and 102 staff earned the Trauma-Informed Educator badge.Professional Learning and Staff Well-BeingTo support staff resilience, the department provided targeted training on managing secondary trauma and maintaining well-being.
