As a result of the District’s achievements with the Google Certified Educator program, Palm
Beach Schools have been invited by Google to participate in a pilot Train-the-Trainer
program. This program will build capacity, preparing 25 teachers to become Google Certified
Trainers. This exclusive certification will allow our teachers to stand out as national leaders
and expand their impact in the classroom and beyond.
Looking forward, the Teaching with Technology Trailblazer program will be expanded to
include elementary schools for the 2018-2019 school year. This is important so that the
capacity for delivering quality instruction in the digital classroom is built and modeled
through teacher leaders at all grades in Palm Beach County schools---creating the
