Preventive Visits and Screenings
Getting members into their doctor’s office and having preventive screenings is crucial to identifying concerns
early on. The School District of Palm Beach County has developed a culture where their members are far
ahead of the norm year over year for these vital visits and screenings.

Telehealth & Virtual Visits

While the District has been using Virtual Visits since 2016, there has been a huge increase in these visits as well
as Telehealth with network providers due to COVID-19. When members were concerned about leaving home,
these resources came to the rescue.
