COVID-19 has brought a greater focus to Behavioral Health and the need for members to be able to be
seen from their homes. Increased resources across the entire spectrum of care along with these telehealth
capabilities, helped more members than ever access these benefits and continue to get the information and
assistance they needed remotely.
