Along with stipends and supply budget opportunities, Wellness Champions have the opportunity to submit
applications for awards to receive additional funding:

‘Well Workplace’ awards – Many thanks to United Healthcare Services, Inc. and the Education Foundation
of Palm Beach County, Inc. for providing generous donations to Employee Wellness in an effort to support
programs in schools and departments. In conjunction with the donations, prizes worth $250, as well as $500
worth of Red Apple Supplies were given to the following four schools: Addison Mizner Elementary, West Riviera
Elementary, Don Estridge High Tech Middle, and Lake Worth Community High.

Other awards - Staff Lounge Makeover – Thanks to a variety of funding sources, we significantly increased
our re-imagined lounges throughout the District. We now have over 100 known relaxation rooms.
