The Fulton-Holland Educational Service Center (FHESC) Bistro Manager, Chef John Sanchez, has worked diligently this year to update recipes and fine-tune the fare to offer tasty and healthy choices to his customers.

Since the cafeteria dining room experienced a well-deserved face-lift last year, this year we will began the process of developing signage to properly welcome all visitors to the Bistro. We anticipate the new signage to be installed during the 2014-2015 school year.

Additionally, in order to expedite meal service and to provide greater customer service, the credit card system was changed from dial up to TCPIP technology.
