Optimum Performance
Increasing efficiency through design is important when looking for optimum performance by the various teams in School Food Service. The redesign of the office to allow more efficient grouping of teams provided staff with the opportunity to communicate and network with each other more conveniently.
Additionally, a design studio was created to allow for staff collaboration in the development of materials such as marketing items, presentations and annual reports.
