Boilerless Steamers – In order to continue to upgrade our cafeterias with the most energy efficient and safe equipment, 19 boilerless steamers were purchased and installed in School Food Service kitchens this year.

This strategy will continue for the next two years in order to strategically utilize our funds and complete the project in a timely manner.
