The Fulton-Holland Educational Service Center (FHESC) Bistro started the year with a new manager, Chef John Sanchez. The cafeteria dining room experienced a well-deserved face-lift, receiving new paint, wrapping of the columns, and some new fixed and pendant lighting. Along with the new look for the dining room, many new menu items were introduced including healthy selections of salads, fruit platters, and a smoothies that seems to be a hit with everyone.
