The Umbrella of Consistency methodology was developed to ensure that we remained consistent in the operation of our overall program at all schools. This year the Umbrella of Consistency initiative included The OrganWise Guys program, the replacement of steamers operating with boilers with boilerless steamers, the expansion of our Flatware dispenser project, and the modification of existing generic educational specifications for school facilities.
